At Tripolitania, we’re genuinely passionate about cutting down food waste. Anything we don’t sell that day or week gets transformed into new specials... nothing goes unloved. Every peel, stalk and trimming has a purpose: it either goes into our house stocks or straight into the compost. Good food shouldn’t be wasted, and we work hard to make sure it never is.

We’re proud to keep things close to home. All of our meat and fish come from trusted local producers, supporting small businesses while ensuring exceptional freshness and a lower carbon footprint. Our vegetables are grown right here in Suffolk and Norfolk, picked at their best. And because great food deserves great drinks, we also champion local breweries and wineries, celebrating the incredible craft on our doorstep.

Didn't actually want to leave this review as I would like to gatekeep this place before reservations blow up but OMG what an amazing place! You can tell the moment you walk in that so much care has gone into restoring it - it feels warm, intimate and magical. The lovely owners have absolutely nailed it with their Libyan–Italian fusion; the food is incredible. I stopped mid-bite in delicious amazement to announce so.
